Back: "House is remarkable for its spiral stairway, no support other than its own base. Vaulted hallway and triple hung windows. Donated to the city by the heirs of Stephen Duncan. Grounds now contain 210 acres golf course, tennis court, baseball diamond and children's playground. Built 1815."
