Ideal Brown Marbeled Dining Room Set, Set of 7, Table, Buffet, Cabinet, and Chairs, Doll House Furniture

This beautiful Doll House Duncan Phyfe Dinning room set is in great condition with only a few minor scratches on the surface of the table and buffet from use. One of the chairs has only one arm, but the other two chairs appear to have never had arms since the don't have notches where the arms would have attached. The set was made by the Ideal toy company in the late 50s and into the 60s. It is much fancier than the average doll house dining room set. It represents, the post war economic surge, and the suburban house wife's desire to have a home that was like the upper class homes, and the doll house furniture representing the finest furniture available for the general public.

The table measures 4.5 inches long, 2.5 inches wide, and 2 inches tall.
The chairs measure 1.5 inches long, 1.25 inches wide, and 2.5 inches tall.
The buffet measures 4 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 2 inches tall.
The cabinet measures 4.5 inches tall, 2.5 inches long, and 1.5 inches wide.
