Kellogg's Fiber Diet Planner Booklet 1981

This 1981 booklet from Kellogg's includes information about the "fiber diet," a number of tables with the nutritional value of common foods, sample menus, two high fiber recipes (Bran Banana Bread and Bran Muffins), and a series of menu log pages. Other than the previous owners name written in a very small size on the title page, this booklet is completely free of writing. All of the pages are in tact and it is in amazing shape overall.
