This is an address book from Marcellus, a small village in southwest Michigan. Indigenous people made these books in the early 1900s and sold them to travelers as souvenirs. The cover of the book features "Addresses" heat stamped at the top above a painting of an Indigenous person with a traditional headdress and another stamp of "Marcellus, Mich." The book is organized with tabs for each letter of the Latin alphabet. There are additional pages at the end of the book that are blank and unlabeled with a letter.
