Paige was a Detroit, Mi based automobile company, selling luxury cars from 1908 to 1927. The company was started by Frederick Paige making a two seat car with a two stroke engine, proceeding to a four stroke and finally a 6 cylinder. They made a Paige Duesenberg with the Paige Linwood engine
and the Continental with a Paige -Larchwood engine, both straight eight engines. In 1921 a Paige 6-66 broke a record for American stock car speed traveling a mile in 35.01 seconds or 102.8mph. The most famous Paige ever made was the Daytona from 1922 to 1926. A 3 seat Roadster with a fast 6 cylinder engine. The company was taken over in 1927 and became Paige- Graham.
