Tico / E. Rosen Spotty the Dog on Wheels, Valentine's Day Toy in great condition. Some people refer to him as a Dalmatian. This retro Valentine's Day toy is one which is very hard to find. All wheels still spin and it is in very good condition considering it's age, his spots are quite vivd. He is 3.5"tall x 4.75" wide. this cute fellow is in the collectors book by Jean Rossi , "Plastic Novelties & Toys of the 40s, 50s, & 60s" p. 41
