Trotting White Bisque Horse Figurine - High Stepping White Horse Figure

This listing is for a vintage high stepping horse figurine, composed of white bisque. Many bisque items came out of Europe in the late 1800s into the early 1900s. This horse resembles a Vienna, Austria Lipizzaner Show Horse. The previous owner, an avid horse figurine collector, often traveled Europe, therefore it is possible he picked it up in Austria or Germany. The figurine has a max length of 5.1in, and a height of 4.3in. The finish on a bisque figurine is harder to keep perfectly white as it is not slick to repel dust, therefore, discoloration is common. A little toothpaste and shampoo mix, scrubbed on carefully, with a soft tooth brush will help clean accumulated dust off. turned into a lovely addition to a display or collection.
