A beautiful linen postcard over the Chicago River showing the night life. The road depicted, Wacker Drive, is a major multilevel street for automobile and pedestrian traffic. Many popular buildings are also shown, such as the Tribune Tower and Wrigley Building shining brightly during the night.

Wacker Drive, built at a cost of about $8,000,000, consists of a lower level drive for heavy commercial traffic and an upper level for automobiles and pedestrians. Prominent buildings shown are the Wrigley Building, Tribune Tower, London Guarantee & Accident Co. Bldg., Mather Building, and Pure Oil Building."
