1938 Transogram Gold Medal Mini Wooden Color Bowling Pins And Ball Game

This Transogram Mini Wooden Bowling Set was made in 1938 by the Tansogram Company. Transogram was a company famous for its toys and games, one of which we all know, Tiddledy Winks! This bowling set was called "Ten Pins", it is basically an indoor mini bowling set for children. These sets are hard to find as they were split up to sell as bowling mementos or to do ecorations. This set is missing 2 pins from the original set of 10, and I believe the original set had two balls, a red and a yellow for two players.. It is fairly common to see a pin or two being sold alone on the internet.

This item is in good condition, none of the pins are cracked or in bad condition. The set was definitely used and loved based on the wear of the pins. Our pictures attempt to show the wear, such as there may be marks on one side of a pin, but not the other, we have tried to picture both sides. This lovely set would make the sweetest decoration, reminding us of all those of simple childhood days.
