This card was made by the Carrington Card Company, which was founded in 1917 in Chicago. The company was active until the late 1950's. This Valentine shows a cute bear holding a heart that says, "Here's hoping." The Valentine says, "S'pose ya could be my Valentine." There is another message on the back of the card which reads, "A charming girl like you are needs a boy who's true in words and deeds. A boy whoo thinks you're all that's fine and wants your for a Valentine." The Carrington logo is also on the back, and the card is made from a heavy paper. The card is in great condition, and comes with the original envelope.
